"Pugs" have a bad reputation as a fat and lazy breed and many people think that we can only jump on the sofa... It's about time the world see pugs as a healthy and active breed of dogs...
Our agility titles: Balearic champion 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013. National champion in 2011 and 2012, finished second due to injury in 2013. Represented Spain at the World Agility Open in 2011, 2012 where we make the penthalon finales each year and in 2014 we were picked as a wild card and once again made the finales of the penthalon 14th overall and biathlon 23rd, I'm so proud of my Pancho for all his hard work....Yes a Pug at the World championships!!! In 2013 we also represented España at EO in Belgium and won 4 rosettes at the International Agility Festival in grade 6 with a 4th, 8th and 9th place and 1st place at the IFCS qualifier at Oxford.
Top 3 on every class at the Jersey Agility festival and made the small final. Pepito and Wilson have won titles too at trials like the Fab Show in Oxford UK in 2013 and team events with Pancho and many podiums at the Jersay agility festival too. I'm so proud of my babies, I really can't ask for more. OUR MOTO "PUGS RULE

Summer's gone yes!!!! back to work

We are all so glad summer has gone because with the heat it's impossible to train or compete, so we all took some time off.

But now we are back to school and we are proud to have a new studient... a beautiful poodle called Shadow De Lune who is now 10 months and is so looking forward to do what her brothers are doing :)

Here are 3 of our only training of the summer and all babies did look good :) enjoy

Great start of the year 2015

Great start of this year 2015 with at last beeing able to train on our new course at home with all our contacts. Here are 2 of our training with 3 courses to start with

and 6 sequences from All Star agility great for all type of turns.
Those sequences really paid off and you will see why on the following video of our first trial of the year.

This new year 2015 has started with a bang!!! Wilson won grade 1 with 2 very good runs and Pepito second with also some good and faster runs. Very proud of my babies.
Pancho's jumping was perfection, all my turns were on time and the whole course was just a dream. He ran the second best time at 4.8 meters per seconds, very proud of him too. The agility was good too but with a missed dog walk I made him go back, no more cutting corners we need to be consistant with all our training cues...

Our year 2014

2014 was  not about competition but about getting Pancho back to his maximum health after his intoxication last december 2013. I can only thank the angels for allowing Pancho to have a fulll recovery without any problems to his kidneys. We were also very lucky to be picked for WAO and for the 3rd time made the pentathlon final and finished 14th over 80 dogs from all around the world.
Yes a pug in the top 20 best dogs in the world in agility.....
In FCI we have had some great results but I wasn't looking for clear runs but for perfect runs. Many poeple don't care how they get their clear runs but I do if it's not good it's not what i'm looking for.
Pepito has been doing great in grade 1 and has now more than 12 clears. I'm not going to compet in grade 2 with him, he can't run more than 3.1 meters per seconds and that would be unfair for him to be eliminated because of the crono :)
Wilson has been a great little soldior and had ran many great courses and has now 2 clear in time and many other great runs. I'm very proud of him and can only go better with time.
Those are a few runs we did... a lot to work on for all 3 boys but I'm enjoying them so much it's the most important matter for me .

New arrival in the Flying pug pack

We have a new arrival at the Flying Pugs.... a little black furball called Shadow de Lune... No she is not a pug but a toy poodle :)
Here is our first walk on the beach and she is already part of the pack.

After our seminar with Jenna Caloander

I had a few training on the beach after our seminar with Jenna and we went to a trial and tried to put into action what we have learnt.

Seminar with Jenna Caloander 2014

I was very lucky to train with Jenna Caloander in Girona. Jenna is such a great lady and I wish this hearth would have mor people like her to make it a better place.
Jenna's training was a very good addition to what we trained with Asa, fast and furious too!!

Training on the beach and trial November 2014

We have been training on the beach for our few trials, it's the best we can do but we are missing our contacts training and this is what's missing in Pancho's and Wilson's training. Enjoy :)
